Shipping & Tracking 

Q: How long does shipping take?

All Shordies pieces are pre-ordered. Please allow 7–15 business days for processing and 5–7 business days for delivery. Processing + shipping altogether can take up two weeks. 

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will get an email with a tracking number. Simply click the link, and it will take you straight to our carriers' site (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to ship internationally by March 2026. 

Sizing & Products

Q: How do the clothes fit? 

All Shordies pieces are hand-picked to flatter petite frames (5'4" and under). However, we understand that every body is different. Some pieces may run a little longer or shorter depending on your unique shape. 

Q: Do you have a sizing chart? 

Yes, we do! Click here for it

Q: Do you restock items when they sell out? 

No! Once an item is sold out, it is gone for good unless we state otherwise. 

Returns & Exchanges 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, it must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery email us at support@shordiesstore.com

Once we receive the item back we will send you a store credit gift card or send your item of choice, that is of equal value to you.
